At Hinks Heritage Bullies, the health, comfort, and safety of our puppies always come first. While we warmly welcome families to pick up their puppy in person whenever possible, we understand that many of our wonderful families are located across the U.S. and beyond. For that reason, we offer safe, reliable delivery options.

🐾 In-Person Pickup (Preferred Option)
Families are always welcome to pick up their puppy directly from us. This allows you to meet us in person, see where your puppy was raised, and receive all paperwork and supplies firsthand. Pickup times are coordinated once your puppy is ready to go home.

✈️ Airline Pet Nanny Service (Most Popular)
We work with trusted, professional flight nannies who personally escort your puppy in-cabin on a commercial flight — never in cargo. This is the safest and most comfortable travel option.

• Hand-delivered directly to you at the airport
• Real-time updates during travel
• Highly recommended for out-of-state families

🚗 Special Delivery Arrangements
In select cases, ground delivery may be available depending on location and availability. Please inquire if this option may work for you.

📦 What’s Included With Delivery
Each traveling puppy goes home with:
• Airline-approved soft travel carrier
• Veterinary health certificate for travel
• Vaccination & deworming records
• Signed contract & health guarantee
• Sample of current food
• Comfort blanket with familiar scents

🕒 When Puppies Are Ready to Travel
Puppies typically go home between 8–12 weeks of age, sometimes slightly later depending on size and travel distance. All puppies receive a full veterinary exam and age-appropriate vaccinations prior to travel.

🧾 Payment & Shipping Policy
• Final balance must be paid in full before travel is scheduled
• A signed contract is required before delivery
• Shipping fees are not included in the puppy price
• Shipping generally starts around $300, with exact quotes provided once plans are confirmed

• Weather or airline delays may affect travel times — updates will always be provided
• Puppies are never shipped in cargo or unaccompanied
